Return & Refund Policy

At Branova, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please email us at adrian.duszakds@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and provide further instructions.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process Once you have shipped your item back, please email us again once the package has been delivered to us. Upon confirmation of delivery, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: items returned after 30 days, used or damaged items, and items not in original packaging.
